We provide more than fresh juice we create abundance of fresh air quality inside the juice basin manufacturing zone. We have a separate HVAC system amped with UV light in the juice basin manufacturing core. We stress the importance of air quality since the sterilization process requires such measures and our staff should not suffer in poor work conditions. Upon manufacture completion the zone is supplied with additional fresh air through front and back screen doors, boosting air circulation. Since we supply a constant fresh airstream circulated throughout the core and store front the possibility of inhaling micro droplets is minimal.
Our staff have always worn gloves, hair nets. In January, prior to Covid-19 mandatory guidelines, juice basin added a layer of biohazard safety requiring manufacturing staff to wear N95 masks. We had purchased masks for all staff in January. Again, requiring an extra layer of protection in our process.
