Since we hand manufacture only USDA organic certified fresh produce the sourcing and shelf life of these particular fruits and vegetables are critical in the creation of good and safe HPP juices. That being the situation, it limits our flexibility. Should a client choose to cancel a placed order it would be a financial hardship, as well, we are not in a position to absorb the loss. Since organic materials have been purveyed for your intended order those materials would rot. You are responsible for all charges incurred.
